seeds meat taste same as coconut ,shell 1 cm thickness

Thanks for the pictures,
It reminds me the tasty seeds I ate in Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum).
I never found these fruits on srilankan markets but I did't travel in the north yet. :)
