Very nice AND interesting pictures of some palms we don't see too often here. Thanks for sharing. That red form is really nice. The orange form of Cyrtostachys while some might like it, most people would not want because their after the pretty, red form.

I wonder how Lodoicea would perform in a location in the Keys. It seems like the ones in mainland south Florida don't do very well in years like 2010.

They would probably do well except for eventual hurricanes. A palm for future generations for sure. Its timeline of growth in human terms is very slow. Makes Copernicia seem fast.
