I know how rare this little guy is.  Can't wait to put it into the ground, but I have to be patient and be happy it just put out a new leaf, in its 4 inch pot. Has anyone seen these in habitat in Madagascar?  I've seen the pictures that Jeff Searle took, a few years back, and recently was beyond fortunate to see the group at Jeff Marcus's.
