I've been raising this mystery seedling for a few years now. It's grown a fair amount since I've asked for an i.d. (in palm groups on Facebook) with no real result. Last weekend, I noticed its newest frond has spikes! Is it old enough to i.d. yet? :o

Noooooooooooo :crying: Being it was nabbed at somewhere with rare palms, I wanted it to be something rare! LOL So it really seems to prefer shade rather than full sun.

But yes, sorry...there are 2 seedlings there.
