This tree is growing in Hobe Sound, FL. Anyone know what it is? I'm stumped.

Yes, that is a lychee tree. 

Lived in Cape Coral, Miami, Orlando and St. Petersburg Florida.

It sure looks like an olive. They are getting very popular as landscape specimens though most won't fruit dependably south of Ocala.
