Another palm (cycad?) Identification question..and possible disease

This is another plant I need help with as well..  What species and what is wrong with it? This is central Fl. I have a few others that need identified also that I will post.

your cycad looks fine in the centre but its affected by mealybugs. There could be also a root problem or lack of water because of dried part of some fronds.

USDA 10b - 19.1°C/ 66.4°F 24hr average/ year

sunshine: 3.400 hrs year.

Precipitation: 380mm/ 15 inches/ year.

It is a cycad, Cycas revoluta. And it is a female specimen. Looks like it has some nutrient deficiency. Cycads produce new leaves in several flushes a year instead of 1 or 2 leaves at a time like palms. It looks like it will be sending out new growth in the next month or so. Give it a feeding. You can use a good palm fertilizer on it with micronutrients.

Agree with Eric.

Sagos (C revoluta) are tough plants.

It also looks like it is about to cone again. Give it a drink and some fertilizer as othera have suggested.
