Ahamed,

Why do you keep community pot seedlings indoor in your country?
In Doranakanda gardens, we have all the pots outside, inn more natural conditions  (humidity, light, temperature…) I think lack of light can explain the issue

Depending on the species of seedlings, you might be overwatering so your seedlings rotted. Every 2 days is a bit often in your humid climate.

I'd like to be under the sea in an octopus' garden in the shade.

My thoughts as well. You might also want to check drainage. Damp and soggy soil is a killer.

YES, drainage is certainly the key!

In Doranakanda we put the seeds in community pots filled with sand only, and when I repot the seedlings, I mix kohubath (coconut fiber) with sand and organic soil.1-1-1. It makes a good drainage and you can keep these pots outside!

Ahamed,

here a picture of seeds germinating in our very simple technic; sand in a pot sitting outside between other plants.

if you forget to water ... you shouldn't ... or the tropical rain will do  the job. :D

Ahamed:

I agree with everyone else, and ask: What kind of palm seedlings were they? Some species are "swamp things" that like lots of water, but most, as others say need drainage, especially in a wet climate in the tropics like yours.
