i really enjoyed all the photos,especially the close-up shots!the "coconut grove" near the end was one of my favorites!

JakeK, Yes you right. First half of topic you see are from Khao Sok National Park. And surprize that have someone know little place of here. If you never mind on Blood Leech, could we take together on next trip?

Thanks for the offer. I'm not sure when I'll make it over, but I definitely know I will be visiting Khao Sok. It's one of the few places that still has wild elephants in Thailand as well bears, clouded leopards and possibly tigers. The leeches are just a nuisance.

Komkrit - I really enjoyed your photos. You are an excellent photographer, and I like the way you use the filtered sunlight and depth of field to add interest to your great photos. I depart for Thailand on Sept 3 to go on the Southern Thailand Pre-Tour. I hope to see many old friends and make some new friends on the Pre-Tour and during the Biennial.
