I bought this guy at my local homie d.had to

make a trip for some roof repair stuff leaking roof in the rain today . I don't normally buy palms from there but I always look. This Palm drew me had me captivated for some reason. Besides the fact it was marked wrong as a trachycarpus for 39.99.  it had old inflorescence hanging off it which I thought was weird for a Phoenix of this age. It is in a 25 gal tub is around 7 foot tall overall maybe canariensis x robellini or canariensis x reclinata let me know what you think

Is it normal to see inflorescence at such a small size?
