It's not doing too bad getting through its second winter with me, but as this frond pushed out, I noticed this damage. A close look at the newest spike looks like It might have the same thing going on.

I get that on the licualas sometimes.

I came. I saw. I purchased

I think it has something to do with the root system. Maybe it has been standing in water for some time or on the dry side. I get this kind of damage sometimes on my potted joeys and can always relate it to a small inconsistency in under- or overwatering or feeding.
