First picture looks like Pritchardia pacifica and coconut, no idea about the second... maybe an Allagoptera?

I agree on the first. Second looks like some kind of date palm to me, and a strange one at that.

The last one could be a Phoenix loureiroi or a Phoenix pusilla. Not sure.
