As I was repotting these hybrids I thought I would take some photos to share with this group. Here are photos of the offspring using Butiagrus pollen back to Butia. Interesting to me anyhow at this time are the 56" leaves with the lower 32" having no leaflets.

I have a syagrus coronata x butia O (very blue) that has the similar thing going on. Not as dramatic but still noticeable

do keep us posted on its growth cycle. It will fun to see what this will look like in a few months, year, two years etc. This could be a fun progressive thread Scott :)
