I have used today a pesticide product, maybe its too late ??
Im thinking to cut the tree 50 cm from the base and it will probably grow again and give some fruits.
I dont know if i can eat the actual fruits or they are maybe infected ??

What do you suggest ?

Thanks.

Looks a bit late to me.  While I don't recognize the problem, it appears something has eaten it from the inside.  My guess about the fruit is that it won't ripen properly now.  I'm surprised that you are still retaining any green leaves above, given what the stock of the plant looks like.  I recently had to pull one of my Solo Papaya's out due to an unknown pest.  In my case, the leaves were showing all the damage, not the stock of the plant.  I just went ahead and pulled the plant after trying to spray the leaves with neem oil.  I have removed slugs and snails from another plant which was beginning to show some signs of leaf damage.

In your case, I think I would start with a new plant if possible.
