Though it is not possible to give any reliable ID on this early stage I’ll tell you my first guess: It looks to me like Rh macrantha/cochinchinensis because of the large undivided leaves. :unsure:

How thick are the stems and how long are the leaflets of the adult plant? If they are much smaller (???) than I thought it could be also Rh subtilis or Rh robusta.

Not robusta--robusta ends with a pointed leaf tip. and it looks all wrong from mine. I would say Rhapis cochinchinensis.
