Hello. New to the group. Love the hobby. Been collecting various trees for 3 yrs now. Recently my Roebellenii has began to fruit/blossom. Its in a plant bed by my pool that I manicure,  and would hate to have seeds dropping. I plan on pruning the buds off tomorrow but wanted to know if pruning them off would have any adverse effects on the tree. I wouldn't want to put it's health in jeopardy. Thanks for your advice.

Actually, I pull them out. You get a much neater appearance. They pull out easier before the pod opens.

BTW this also works with spent Bird of Paradise and Agapanthus flowers.
