So I moved into my new home last October and it has been killing me to finally start planting things out and get everything out of pots. My home is in the hills of mockingbird canyon a secluded rural area of riverside California. The property is 1.42 acres of what use to be citrus groves.

You're off to a great start.  Hopefully you have more than 1 Jubaea planted.  With over an acre you will have enough space.
