Hello, i'm curious about two palms i have. One of them is planted on the ground long enough to have well established roots by now. The other palm is on a pot, with regular soil from my backyard and yet she seems to be much happier and healthier. Why?

To me they seem to be the same species, what do you think? Maybe Ravenea rivularis or  Archontophoenix cunninghamiana?

This palm was planted a long time ago (maybe 5 years or more), however,  it does not look healthy, it is so small and only grows one leaf per year... I don't know whats wrong with it.  Can it be a dwarf palm?

This palm is on a pot and grows at a  much faster rate (3 or more leafs per year). The leafs are much bigger and it looks better and healtier.

Looks like an Archontophoenix getting too much sun.
