My palm tree looks droopy compared to other palm trees in the neighborhood.

01) Is my palm tree healthy?

02) If not, what should I do?

03) What maintenance should I do?

I have attached a picture of my palm tree to this post and a picture of my neighbors palm trees (picture with white Jeep) for comparison. I believe they are Queen Palms but may be mistaken.

Just to note, I finished landscaping the bed the palm tree is in about four months ago. I placed sand, landscape clothe and mulch in that order from the roots up.

Thank you for your advice and wisdom. It is greatly appreciated.

it doesnt seem like anything is wrong with your queen palm.  it looks to be healthy and queen palms vary in leaf size and leaf position.

Agreed, queens are extremely variable in their shape. Personally, I think yours is way cool looking & will look much lusher than most as it gets taller.

I would make sure that it is not planted too deep.  And if you ever get over to Houston, get some MicroLife 8-4-6 Ultimate All Organic Biological Fertilizer that has over 70 minerals and micronutrients.  I would also cut away any of the landscape fabric from around the root zone of the palm and make sure the mulch is not right up against the trunk of the palm.
