Hello everyone. I bought this seed of parajubaea but I do not know what kind it is. Please help me. . . any information is very important to me. I have already soaked it in water for 48h and put it in a plastic box with pearlite on a heat pad of 31C

Probably it will ages till germinate! 

Try with  moss or normal fast drainage potting mix compost. It is more easy if get a ready poted plant.

I know this wont help you but it looks like a painted black walnut to me! :floor: What size is it? that may help.
