I have 3 Mule Palms in the ground that I started from seeds. They all seem different. There is one that is green at the base and green in the petiole and rachis. The 2 others have reddish/brown at the base with white fuzz on the petiole and rachis. One of the reddish/brown has more fuzz that the other.

Does anybody have any ideas about them? Mule Palms? Something else?

From what I understand the mules can be quite variable which I think adds to its appeal.  You may end up with 2 that look more like the pindo and one that looks more like the queen, but they all will look good.  Based on your photos, they look a bit larger than mine which is 3 years old from a 3-gallon size.  How old are yours from seed?  Looks like you've done well with them!

The seeds were planted 9/14/11 and sprouted 7/21/12. They have been in the ground for about 2 1/2 now.

I spent some time with moultrie palms in st. Augustine who grow mules and sell them to a major tree farm and what Jon said is 100% correct.
