Hi,

I am not sure what to do. My sylvester Palm was planted in November and it has been browning ever since.  At first, I thought it was in shock and that it will get better. But here we are 5 months later and it seems to be getting worse. Any suggestions will help? Thank you.

Thats looks like planting atrophy. Palm is using nutrients and water feom older fronds as its putting down new roots. Keep it well watered.

So my palm is going to be ok? Is there anything else I can do ie add fertilizer? Thank you.

From your posted picture I can conclude that this Phoenix specimen is mound planted. Maybe plant needs to create new roots from the base but this mound does not allow immediate nearby soil to retain enough moisture for new root production.
