Despite what Ive seen written here Copernicias such as Fallaensis, Hospita etc grow very fast here, these are about 5-6  years old from seed. Bertereona is  slow however, thrown in a Miraguma as  well they seed  profusely have got  about 10 seedlings growing under this one, in pots they almost stop growing

more, I have two hospita two fallaensis but just planted another 3  hospita elsewhere, fallaensis on the left hospita right also a  single  butia similar colours, Hospita  full of seed

12 month growing season in thailand and ideal climate with plenty of rain, they will grow faster of course.  Gorgeous palms!

 

Formerly in Gilbert AZ, zone 9a/9b. Now in Palmetto, Florida Zone 9b/10a??
