@The Steve Its a super duper stretched out/shaded cycad. Can you take a closer pic of that leaf that is bent over 90 degrees and the caudex? The new leaf is too stretched to make much of a decision on.

I think i know what it is from those pics. I gotta go check my hunch at the nursery tomorrow.

I don’t believe this is stretched out.i have had ituriensis ,laurentianus and  , whitelockii that all have that stretched out look even in full sun not sure if it is because these species all have the really long stretched leaves to begin with
