Fortunei for sure poor thing newest frond is brown. Wind tattered. Where is this ?

Thanks for the help everyone.

I was wondering.  This T. fortunei shows some papery bracts right near the crown that the other one doesn't.  These two are right next to each other. The sad looking one looked fine before moving it and has declined in its new spot. Not sure why. This is in western Oregon.  The current debate is whether to dig the sick one up and baby it back to health in the greenhouse. Although it is about 3 feet tall at this point. It never greened up over the summer.

Fortunei loves water. The first one looks like it was without water for to long.
