Is this white powdery mildew?

Only in this area and doesnt appear to be on the fronds or negatively impacting the tree. If so, what is the recommended treatment?

One of my coconuts has the same thing around the spear area. It has always had it and the leaves grow beautifully, however I know it's not normal undthe other 4 cocos do not show this oddly feature.  Soft, white material from within the spear. So soft it just disappears upon ones fingers' swiping over it. But alas, it reappears after a couple weeks.

I didn't recall any until this year and I was concerned only because of the cold damage and fungus I fought earlier this spring. Like yours, it doesn't appear to impact growth. Full, mature, and healthy fronds have been emerging. Glad yours are doing well!

This is my only coconut exhibiting this white "powder". The other four are clean.
