I'm definitely a fan of fan palms.

For my top 5 I'd go with

1) Bismarckia Nobilis

2) Copernicia Hospita

3) Licuala Peltata var. Peltata

4) Corypha Umbraculifera

5) Saribus Rotundifolius

There are many more I like, but I'll throw in Rhapis Multifida as a bonus.

My favorite 5 are Copernicia hospital, Hyphaene compressa, Livistona loriphylla, Sabal yapa, Pritchardia hildebrandii blue, Bismarckia silver, Zombia, Kerriodoxa, Tahina, Corypha unbraculifera, Trithrinax campestris, Copernicia baileyana, Nannorrhops blue, Mauritiella armata, Licuala mapu, Trachycarpus princeps… and about 4 others I think… that's about 5 I think.
