Encephalartos seedling id

When I got this Encephalartos, the person I received it from said he was told the batch came from E munchii seeds, but even he didn't seem confident with that id.  I have been watching the new leaves come out when it flushes, without much in the way of changes in the new leaflets.  At this point it looks like a nondescript green species of Encephalartos to me.  Any thoughts on species or even eliminating munchii?  I have a Encephalartos sp vumba, which if I recall the seed was sold as E munchii but turned out to be something different, so don't have much to compare it to.  I don't recall seeing a verified E munchii in gardens or for collections to compare it with either.

My Encephalartos sp vumba which had some affiliation at one time with E munchii, but is very different than the non-id plant above.

It definitely looks like it could be munchii. Here are some pictures of one of mine. Only about 5-6” or so. Not sure if it helps.

Not too sure if i can be of any help on identifying your plant, but for what its worth, here are some pictures of E. munchii I bought from Jungle Music a while back. Looks to show some similarities in leaf details.

Thanks for posting these photos Brian.  I do see the similarity in leaf structure, but it is clearly missing any of the nice blue color yours have.  Did yours start out greener and later go green?

It started out green and has gotten more blue with every flush. As a seedling looked like a typical green encephalartos.  I will take a picture of my smaller one tomorrow.
