Ran across this palm last week. Thought it was pretty cool, as I’ve not seen one like it before in person or on PT. You experienced folks probably know it right away.

That is an Arenga pinnata, common name-sugar palm.

Lived in Cape Coral, Miami, Orlando and St. Petersburg Florida.

Looks like a seed pod hanging so it's a goner. Starting it's slow decline.
