It wouldn't...  especially in flatter areas that are in the ideal climate for them to spread..   Unless there's something that keeps the birds other critters that might disperse seed from crossing into / through said county w/ missing data / specimens..

Theres a stand on the Hillsborough/Manatee line aswell.  On 275 inbetween i75/us41 and the skyway bridge.  The terrA ceia rivers lined w em.  I think edison got many of his from here back in the day and transplanted em elsewhere
