First one is a Royal palm (Roystonea) and the second one looks to be Dypsis lutescens.

Hello again peeps, 

can you ID these seeds,  picked in the base of the royal palms, it seems these are 2 different seeds.

The one on the right in the above picture looks to me as a seed that did not fully develop; not sure if it's a different species.

The first set of multiple palms are Adonidia merrilii 

the second picture looks like a Carpentaria acuminata

the last two pictures I’m not completely sure but would venture to guess they are either Dypsis lastelliana or Dypsis leptocheilos
