A friend brought me seeds from the vicinity of Cambodia / Laos. What are these seeds? She reminded me, that they could be fe. tree bread (Artocarpus ) and Cercis L. There is also a fragment of cactus (euphorbia?), I do not know if it can still be planted to the ground?

I can't identify any of the seeds but I think you might be able to root that cutting.  I've rooted similar sized chollas (Cylindropuntia spp.), and various Cactaceae as well, so why not try?  :)

The lack of green might show that it's been disconnected from the mother plant for awhile however.  Best of luck with the seed sprouting as well!
