Flowers/inflorescence looks like Archontophoenix cunninghamia

Fruit appears to be Adonidia merilli

Fruit is definitely a match for the Adonidia merilli I collected in Miami.

Don't want to be rude, but it's strange and I question myself: why don't people apload pics of whole palms and leaves :) inflorescence doesn't help much. 

It's like real estate pics here in Mexico lol. They take pics of corners and not important stuff like wall watches etc. I'm, as a buying, interested in the whole view and other stuff, not shower heads etc lol.

You are correct, these are old photos and I now take photos of different parts of the plant
