Hope this wind helps with opening their spears. 

They're moving left and right.

A notch above swaying.

Even had to close the umbrella. It fell twice.

I live in a very windy place as well wide open farm land that goes from a slightly higher elevation and drops down which enhances it. We don’t many calm days here. Last year many fronds snapped off my shade stretched palms

We typically only get windy days when thunderstorms are coming or are already here, but this Spring has been a windy one and it has been breezy most days. Hopefully it will calm down soon!
