Are these good or bad bugs for palms?

I'm seeing at least 10 of these on the coconuts' leaflets.

Appears to be a species of wasp.  Most wasps are predatory and/or nectar feeders.  Not aware of wasps that are dangerous to palms, as adults or larvae.  But, I am not an entomologist.
