Looks in good shape. Age guesstimate: 3-4 years. It should take off once in the ground and out of that tiny pot but you may want to wait until spring to plant it. I have no familiarity with your winters.

Winter low at nights is 55f.   But very very windy. Winter days around 65f . Hazy in morning, full sun in afternoon
