Help identifying palm... is this a Chinese fan palm?

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone! I saw this palm on a recent trip to Paris and would love to know what it is. Someone said it might be a Chinese fan palm but I’m not entirely sure.  If it helps, I saw that it was watered in such a way such that there was about an inch of standing water above the soil in the pots (although this might have just been carelessness, as these palms were in a store).

Thanks!
