So I took this pic at a botanical garden in Kauai and I couldn't find any tag when I was there. To this day I'm still puzzled by what it is. The spiral old leaf bases throws me for a loop. For scale it's the same size as a large P.Canariensis but smaller diameter trunk

Thanks so much, now I can say I have seen 1 now haha. From the pics this particular one is a specimen especially with the prominent spiral leaf bases.
