Hello everyone!

Fairly new to taking care of a bigger palm, we have had our Kentia since summer last year. I'm turning to you all as I have no clue what's wrong with it even after hours of googling.

It started with leaf tips and now it is whole fronds going. Initially we thought it was from overfeeding, but we have been washing it through for months and it keeps getting worse.

Any idea what's wrong with this green baby and what we could do to save it?

Room temperature around 21-22, humidity average comes in around 60. Soil is the original soil from when bought, very well draining. Water around once a week, once in ten days or so.

Some time’s indoors during cooler months watering is far and between. There is time’s when the palms don’t need water for over a month. You need to put your finger into the soil and check for dampness it’s possible at those temps that you don’t need to water as much as you do. Now I water once a week but room temps 82f humidity 40

The watering was very approximate, I tend to find its very dry by the time I remember to water it, but a fair point to keep a closer eye on the palm at the moment.

I don't let any water sit in the tray. Any other reason you would recommend to remove the tray for? I have my dracaena also in a tray, but never sitting in water, that seems to not mind it. Just curious?

Looks like one of them may have died.  Root rot is my guess.

It seems like all of them have been affected to some extent though. One is completely dying, but the other ones all have brown tips, mainly on the lower leaves.

I've also heard of fungal infections - are you leaning more towards good rot instead of them? I have heard palms don't like being interrupted much - what's the likelyhood the rest of the plant gives up if I start poking the roots of the dead strand?

Agree with Ben: root rot. You are probably overwatering esp. now it is winter. And I suspect your potting mix does not drain well. Finally, I wonder if your pot is too large for those skinny little palms, certainly for one if the other is dying.

Let it dry out, for starters.  Ideally, you'd apply some systemic antifungal as well (e.g. Banrot or something from Bayer that you might find at a big box).  Do not separate the palm by the roots - once you have stabilized things, cut the dead one off at soil level.
