Can anyone help identify this palm for me?I had someone tell me it upright queen but i don think so. thanks!

Is that not a Ceroxylon?

I think that Queen leaves are plumose.

I don't think that it is a Queen.

I believe it's a canary but it is too small to be flowering or do canarys flower that small?

I bet you've got a hybrid CIDP and Phoenix robelenii here.  And, for what it's worth, I agree it's an upright queen in your original post.
