Queen Palm in trouble?

I have a queen I transplanted last spring that seemed to be in good shape through the fall.  This spring it looks like it’ struggling but I’m far from an expert so that’s why I’m here :D.  Almost every frond has some yellowing, a couple really bad.  I just applied fertilizer a few days ago but I also noticed the new growth stalk is folded down (picture with my hand).  That had me worried so led to my post here.  I’m in south Louisiana and we’ve had a mild, wet winter and early spring.  Thanks!

Looks like it’s growing out of some fungus/rot in the crown. Maybe a splash of hydrogen peroxide in the crown. Keep well watered and fertilized this growing season. Maganese will help with queens as well. It looks like it’ll be fine to me.

As stated above it probably just needs some peroxide poured into the growth point. It's basically pushing out the rotten spear caused from fungus but should be fine.

No such thing as too much, however it won’t require a lot. Just pour it around the spear. Maybe move the spear around to try to get it to run down the hole.
