Hey guys, I recently picked up 6 banana plants from a local nursery - they were labeled as Musa basjoo and Mekong giant. I got 3 of each.

I just wanted feedback on how close they're planted to each other, just want to make sure they aren't too close together. I'd like them to grow as a clump and I plan on planting some evergreen plants around them so they don't stick out like a sore thumb in the winter.  Pics below :D - size 10.5 shoe for reference.

Ok thanks, good to know.  Is there a minimum spacing I should shoot for or just plant them as individuals in different spots?

Musa basjoo, I would plant them about 6 feet apart.
