Mike,

I think you need a fleet of little electric boats that people can drive around your lake.

Always stunning Mike!

I just got an email from the FL nursery group FNGLA that they do plan to hold their annual big event in September in Orlando. I think that means that some other plant events may happen too by the Fall.

Your place has room for lots of folks for sure.

That would be a great area to rent out for small upscale weddings. Huge weddings may become a thing of the past due to the pandemic, at least for a while. So an opportunity exists to provide a beautiful scenic area with enough space to set up tents and what not while allowing social distancing during dining in an outdoor area where disease transmission is a much lower possibility.  You can put in the contracts that you get one of the catered meals for yourself and probably get a delicious meal!  Perfect background for photos, videos, etc.

I owned a bridal salon and brides were always looking for new, or different, banquet facilities and picturesque places to hold weddings and/or have photos taken. You've got both in one place. . I don't think you'd have any problem renting it out for $5,000.00 or more for a wedding. You just rent them the area. They have to get their own tents, catering, band, blah blah blah.
