That's pretty cool. I once spotted several mature mazari palms on the side of the highway in Paris TX. They only had old dried up flower stalks on them. Pretty cool to see them at this stage.

Wow looks like a yucca bloom! Pretty cool! Does it split growth at the flowering point like a yucca gloriosa?
