My newest Sabal uresana before potting. That jammy is "silvery" right out of the gate!

I got the seeds from Tradewinds Fruit back in January. About a 75% germination rate.

Nice one Rich!  Good to see you are still around!  Excellent Sabal for us.  Here's mine in the ground hoping it gets bluer as it ages:

Almost two years old now.  A distinctive heel formed early during growth.  Slow grower though.  Its still working on its 4th or 5th strap leaf.

SLOW grower, at least in pots. I planted 2, 3 year olds in the ground last summer that are now starting to grow again. Both survived the winter with no protection, so you should be safe as far as cold hardiness is concerned.

How accurate is the color in your photo? I bought mine from the same source and they are silver blue in color.

Looks more "silver/green" or "blue/green" to me.  But what do I know, I am technically color blind.  Maybe some shots in a different light...with some comparison seedling palms?

Its just lighting, the other photos have more blue/silver coloration. I keep mine in full sun, so they are a bit more glaucous.

If anyone has a good seed source I am interested.  These seem harder to find.
