Me being a total palm noob this is big for me! I will get pics of it whenever it pops above the soil. I expect that in about a month or less.

Cool, always satisfying when you get several to germinate for less than 1 plant from a nursery.

It looks like the other 4 seeds are getting ready to germinate aswell, they have that lighter color to it like the germinated seed had before. It has been very warm lately getting into the low 90s with feels like in the upper 90s. Hopefully the first leaf will emerge by the end of next week! The germinated seed looks exactly what i have saw online.

The seed took a few days after being put into a pot to take off, a little. The green has shot up, but has recently slowed because of the lack of sun. When Cristobal came through i had forgot to bring it up to the patio, so it was submerged in water. This thing was never phased by it and is really green and healthy looking. The other seeds have yet to germinate, i expect it within a couple of months. Pictures might come tomorrow. Its planted somewhat on the surface of the soil, just slightly under. Right now just looking like a little green spike sticking up from the soil :)

After almost forgetting about the other 4, i was looking today and found one on top of the soil of course not germinated. To my surprise, the seed i was expecting to not germinate, germinated! Here recently aswell, it must have just popped a few days ago during all the heat we had. The other 2 seeds got lost in a pot somewhere, oops! I will dump the soil out on a mat and search for them and see if they have germinated yet cause i cant find them LOL

I like the looks of the new mix it's in too!  First one looked pretty mucky.

Yeah the first was just plain top soil, the new is the palm soil from Lowes. I had plenty left over from the repotting of my foxtail, and i still have a ton left for future repotting and/or planting!
