Good for you! Hmm. 27 years is kind of late, though mine took about 20 from seed. Some are much much faster.

Note that the seeds take about 2 whole years to ripen. But they're easy to grow, and it'll be nice to have some Made in Italy Chambeyroneas, even better than Ferraris . . . .  :greenthumb:

If you plant a lot of Chambeyronias, you’ll eventually get a lot of flowers like these from my garden. Some got started very very early in life.
