I was there Saturday. I didn’t look for the Royals, but the triangle and queen palms are gone. Most everything else is still there. Phoenix, Butia, Sabal, etc.

Not a single Queen survivor? — that plumeria will get big if the island can stay frost free for awhile.

They've done a great job designing & planting that.

Not to sound like a broken record, but At first glance, things look good., but They actually lost over a thousand plants and palms, that is according to the Garden Manager quoted directly to me. If you look at the before and after pictures you can see the difference. I would take too long to list at the palms. I try to make it there every year for the last 20 years, and was there in June. They were 18F according to her. But the wind from being an island in my opinion knocks off about 5*F to exposed palms If you disagree just look back at 2018 and you will see many queen palms died on the Island at an official 25F.

If it had only been 20F (dubious ) as what the airport states, you would not have seen fried Washingtonia Filifera. There is just not much CONSISTANT quality control in NWS asos data I have learned over the past 20+ YEARS.
