They are a nice, sturdy species, all round. Great for beginners, but pretty enough to keep the snobs happy.

One of my favorite Chamaedoreas and solitary, too. Years ago, I had seed-grown plants I couldn't give away. I stopped bothering with them at all. Go figure.
