Yes, rotate it 90 degrees and everything s/b fine.

 

In all seriousness,  there is not enough detail/resolution in your pic for anyone to see what is going on, let alone some history on the palm.

Looks a lot of frizzletop - manganese deficiency, perhaps also boron deficiency. Royals are also prone to potassium deficiencies in FL's crummy soils. You can get manganese sulfate by itself, also potassium. But seeing as those palms have multiple deficiencies, look for Southern Ag's Essential Minor Elements in granular form. You can get a 40lb bag for ~$40. It covers all the minors. In the future, you need to fertilize those royals with a good time release palm fertilizer.
