That is a nice upright Sabal Minor. Could be mistaken for S Palmetto. The petioles are very long for Sabal minor. I have trekked through Oklahoma to Florida and seen sabal range here, not quite our ecotypes. But it does not look like Sabal xBrazoria either or  Sabal Minor var Louisiana. 

The other appears to be a Butia.
